Updating

In order to get the latest features and fixes, you need to manually update the panel.

This can be achieved by logging in as an administrator and then visiting the settings.

When you click on the “Install x.x.x” the update progress will start. This will do everything for you, e.g updating the actual files, downloading new dependencies, importing database changes and running the necessary scripts to complete the update.

Downloading new and updated language files will always be a manual process, since your changes otherwise might get overwritten. This means that you have to run the script yourself.

If, for some reason, one step failes you can manually run them with the following commands:

Redownload language files:

root@server ~ #: ./bin/download-language-files.sh

Install Dependencies:

root@server ~ #: ./bin/after-update.sh

Updating Modules

Make sure you have the latest version of the ProxmoxCP installed!
When you receive an E-Mail that a new version of a module is available, login to your Panel and go into the admin settings and scroll down to the module section. You will see something like this:

If you click on the “Install v…”, a modal will open:

Here you can click the “Install v…” Button and the Module will be updated to the latest version.
